Julian has the little lady on quite the exercise regime - not only do they go on lots of walks each day, but she is now rolling over (and very proud of herself for it!), doing assisted sit-ups, playing superman, and even bicep curls!

Back to Work
Julian is now officially the stay at home Dad, complete with stay-at-home-dad facial hair and showering (in)frequency. He is doing an amazing job of taking care of her and enjoying every bit of it. I am just happy that he is willing to indulge my need for multiple updates throughout the day, including photos. Here are some of my favorite text updates from him and photos from the week: "she's got mega gas," "we were playing on the mat having fun doing rollovers," "4x times a charm, but I'll take is for an afternoon crib nap!" "run" and "I'm going to finally go over my text limit."

Happy New Year
Happy 2013! Our holidays were capped off with a trip to the zoo where Vivian got to see a baby elephant, watch her Mom eat an elephant ear, and visit Ann-Mom's big-horn ram statute. The end of our adventures in Oregon was New Years Eve in Oceanside with Aly and Brooke and their clans (we think it was the first time the three of us have spent NYE together since 1996!). Vivian was a real trooper on the long car rides, but I think we are all happy to be home.
